Below are the terms and conditions governing refunds for our services:
Refund Eligibility
- Initial Design Concepts: You may request a refund when we present the initial design concepts for your project. However, once you approve or request changes to the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void, and we will proceed with the project as per our agreement.
Time-Sensitive Refunds
- Within 48 hours: If you request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the initial design concepts, we will discuss the refund amount based on the project status. We will consider your request and provide a fair resolution.
- Between 48-120 hours: If you request a refund between 48-120 hours after receiving the initial design concepts, we may consider your request, and the refund amount will be discussed based on the project status.
Conditions for Refund
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where you are dissatisfied with our services. We do not offer refunds for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
- - Disputes in partnership or business relationships
- - Closing or restructuring your business
- - Changes in business priorities or strategies
- - Any other personal or financial reasons unrelated to our service quality
Refund Processing
- If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to you within 10-15 business days. We will ensure that the refund process is handled efficiently and promptly.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the project status and the services rendered up to the point of the refund request.
Project Cancellation and Non-Responsiveness
- If you remain non-responsive for 45 days, we will consider the project inactive, and no refunds will be entertained. However, you can contact us to discuss holding the project or re-initiating work.
- If you are non-responsive for more than 60 days and wish to re-initiate the project, an additional caution fee of £150 may be applicable to cover the costs of re-starting the project.
- If you want to forfeit the website portion of the package after 30 days, no refund will be applicable. However, we can discuss holding the project, and you can re-activate it at a later time.
Additional Conditions
- Requesting additional revisions or modifications to the initial concepts will forfeit your right to a refund. This includes any changes or revisions that go beyond the original scope of the project.
- Failure to respond to status notifications from Raw Digitals in a timely manner may also forfeit your right to a refund. We expect our clients to be actively engaged in the project and respond to our communications promptly.
